Terms & Condition

1. General Terms & Condition :

a. “Customer” means a prospective customer interested in online booking/purchase of GOEEN Products via www.goeen.in Website

b. In the event that the Customer is booking/purchasing on behalf of another person, the necessary details of such other person is also required to be mentioned and the requisite details of such other person are required to be produced at the time of Product delivery either Authorized GOEEN Dealership as per requirement by the Authorized GOEEN Dealer.

c. In the event that the Customer wants to make a booking/purchase of more than one GOEEN Product, the booking/purchase process is required to be repeated. In other words, one GOEEN Product can be booked/purchased per booking.

d. The online booking/purchase facility is for the convenience of the customers.

e. The details of the Customer as provided by the Customer shall be used by GOEEN and it’s Authorized Dealers for all correspondences with the Customer.

f. The Customer is requested to thoroughly read and understand updated specifications, features of GOEEN Product(s) posted on the official www.goeen.in websites before making their choice. The choice of variants of the GOEEN Product(s) would be updated on the official www.goeen.in Website from time to time and shall be subject to availability at the selected Authorized GOEEN Dealership.

g. The price of the vehicle shall be as applicable on the date of invoicing of the GOEEN Product. The prices are subject to change and we are not responsible / legally bound to inform you in advance.

h. All formalities with respect to purchase of GOEEN Product(s), including but not limited to the registration process (if any) shall be performed at the respective Authorized GOEEN Dealership.

i. The sale and delivery of GOEEN Products shall be subject to fulfilment of all applicable statutory obligations and submission of requisite supporting documents. The originals of these documents will need to be produced at the Authorized GOEEN Dealership or at the time of Delivery. In the event of the Customers failure to ensure compliance of these requirements, the booking amount paid by the Customer is liable to be forfeited.

j. All parties shall ensure the compliance of the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its allied rules as amended from time to time.

k. The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy provided on “www.goeen.in” shall be deemed to be a part and parcel of these terms and conditions.

l. We assume that you have read all terms and conditions before going ahead with online booking/purchase.

2. Acceptance of Payment towards booking :

a. The Booking amount for GOEEN Products will be displayed on “www.goeen.in”. You cannot pay more or less than the mentioned amount for online booking/purchase price for the GOEEN Porduct.

b. The Booking Amount can be paid online using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking.

c. The Customer needs to provide accurate and complete information while filling the form online.

d. After online submission of the form and the valid online payment transaction, the system will generate a Payment Confirmation Reference Number and receipt of payment towards the booking amount. The Customer shall use the reference number and receipt to communicate with the GOEEN or its Authorized GOEEN Dealer as the case may be.

e. The booking shall be binding only after the receipt of the full balance price of GOEEN Products and submission of requisite supporting documents. Until then, the online booking is merely a request on part of the Customer and an indication of an intention to sell on the part of the Authorized GOEEN Dealer and does not result in a booking confirmation or contract of sale and does not impose financial implications on GOEEN or the Authorized GOEEN Dealer except as provided herein in these terms and conditions.

f. GOEEN retains the right to revise the specification, standard fitment and/or accessories of/for GOEEN Products or introduce new variants or their versions or discontinue earlier variants or versions.

3. Delivery of GOEEN Products :

a. The waiting period and the expected delivery date shall be communicated by the system or Authorized GOEEN Dealer at the time of booking.

b. The Customer is required to follow the cancellation/refund procedure as mentioned herein.

4. Shipping Policy:

a. Shipping Methods: We partner with trusted third-party service providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your orders. Our shipping methods may include standard and expedited options, depending on your location and preferences.

b. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as the destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. You will see the applicable shipping charges during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

c. Tracking Orders: To provide transparency and peace of mind, we offer order tracking for all shipments. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the status of your delivery. You can easily track your order's journey to your doorstep in real-time.

5. Cancellation, Modification, Refund :

a. Cancelation request: if any, should be placed by the customer online in case of online bookings/purchase. Please note that there will be no offline cancelations at the Authorized GOEEN Dealership for online bookings.

b. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for product bookings. • To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation of the booking must be requested within 24 Hours from the booking date. • The refund amount will be 50% of the booking amount, with the remaining 50% retained as a service fee.

c. Refund Process: • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team. • Provide your booking details and a valid reason for cancellation. • Once your request is verified and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

d. Processing Time: • Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days from the date of approval. • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.

e. No changes and/or modification are allowed online for GOEEN Product Models after the online Purchase / Booking has been made.

f. For any change/modification, the existing booking is supposed to be cancelled and the fresh booking is required to be made.

g. “Prices are Ex-showroom Prices and are indicative, its applicability is subject to the date of invoicing of the GOEEN Product. For specific details, may contact your nearest dealership”

Please note that this refund policy applies exclusively to product bookings, and all other terms and conditions remain in effect. If you have any questions or need assistance with the refund process, please contact our customer support team.
