1. “The appointment is subject to terms and conditions as determined by the respective GOEEN Authorised Dealership and will be subject to availability of the vehicle at their end.”
2. During Test drive if any vehicle get damaged, cost of such damage will be bear the customer.
3. During Test drive if any injuries / death happens company or its Director or employees or authorised dealership shall not be liable for the same.
